Do you deliver outside Lagos?
Yes. We deliver within Lagos and to other states in Nigeria. Current delivery fees are Ikorodu: ₦2,000 (1 to 2 working days); Lagos Mainland: ₦3,500 (2 to 3 working days); Lagos Island: ₦4,500 (2 to 3 working days); Other States in Nigeria: ₦6,000 (3 to 7 working days). You choose your delivery option at checkout.
How do I pay?
You pay securely on Paystack's checkout page by debit card, bank transfer or USSD. We never see or store your card details.
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch most orders within one working day of payment. Delivery times depend on where you are and are shown next to each delivery option at checkout.
Can I return something?
Yes. If an item is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Pillows and duvets must still be sealed, for hygiene reasons. Faulty or wrong items can always be returned at no cost to you.
How should I wash my bedding?
Each product page lists its care instructions. As a rule, wash on a cool or warm cycle, avoid bleach, and line dry in the shade or tumble dry on low so the fabric stays soft.
What size should I buy?
Our bedding comes in six sizes: Twin, Twin XL, Full (Double), Queen, King and California King. Each product page lists the sizes it comes in, and the size guide shows the mattress each one fits. If you are unsure, send us your mattress measurements and we will help you choose. Need a size that is not listed? Send us a custom order on WhatsApp.
How do I track my order?
After you pay, we email you a link to your order page. It shows when your order is being prepared, shipped and delivered, along with the courier's tracking number when we have one. Lost the email? Use Track Your Order at the bottom of any page.
